We are seeking experienced International Business development Manager who will be responsible for developing and driving new business opportunities internationally. The incubent will be responsible for discovering sales opportunities and creating qualified leads. Persistent and proactive outbound prospecting and contact-nurturing activities through telephone and email are required.

Prospect calling will comprise the majority of the workday in the form of telephone and email communications/CRM based communications and follow up in an effort to sell and market the products across the globe. Additional data research will also be required. Eligibility Criteria 5-8 years with international outbound sales and service call center experience as a Team Leader / Manager is required. An MBA/ PGDBM with specialization in Sales/Marketing/Systems is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Generate Sales through outbound calls/ emails
  • Make 90-100 Calls per day to company’s target domain customers.
  • Initiate first level discussions with the prospect/lead.
  • Setting up appointments with clients, client visits & giving company presentation
  • Varied Tele Sales Approach needed to reach Target numbers assigned.
  • Pre-qualifying prospects based on need and interest
  • Evaluate need of the customer & suggest appropriate products as per feasibility
  • Follow up on leads and maintain contact with clients
  • Confirming target companies and identifying decision makers
  • Fix Online Meeting for Product Demonstration.
  • Conduct data research to discover contacts and companies
  • Update database with information obtained.
  • Daily work shifts to cover business hours across different regions.
  • Responsible to meet sales targets provided monthly and quarterly.
  • Submit periodic pipeline reports as required by the Management.
  • Utilizing market research dialogue to gain market intelligence
  • Strong relationship development skills
  • End to end business development profile.
  • Will be responsible for driving a structured lead generation program and its follow up using internal and external resources.
  • Focus on large sales opportunities requiring creative solutions. Domain knowledge of business processes of various verticals like retail, logistics, Manufacturing etc would be added advantage
  • Should be able to achieve the target set by the management team
  • Good verbal and written communication with focus on business etiquettes
  • Should be able to identify potential markets/ technologies to improve the business and report the same to the management
  • Should possess the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers.
  • Should travel abroad if necessary. He/she must possess a valid passport.
